This policy explains what ZeroLoom Labs (“we”) collects when you use ZeroLoom Design at design.zeroloomlabs.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. ZeroLoom Design is part of ZeroLoom Labs; the policy for our main website is at zeroloomlabs.com/privacy.
What we collect
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile photo, which Google shares with us when you agree. This is the same ZeroLoom profile you use on zeroloomlabs.com.
- Your downloads: when you download a free design, we record which design your account downloaded and on which day. We use this to count downloads and to show your own downloads on your profile page. These records are deleted after 90 days.
- Sign-in cookie: a secure cookie that keeps you signed in on this site. It is strictly necessary and only set when you sign in. It is separate from the one on zeroloomlabs.com.
You can browse and preview every design without signing in. We do not use advertising cookies, we don't track you across other websites, and we never sell your personal data.
Signing in from zeroloomlabs.com: if you're signed in on zeroloomlabs.com and open a design from there, this site signs you in for you through Google. No personal details are passed in the link. To avoid repeating this, your browser remembers for that tab only that it has already tried.
If you work with us as a Weaver: when we invite you to help make designs, we keep your email address and the name shown in design credits. Each change you make in the studio (for example adding a design or uploading a file) is recorded with your name and the time, so the team can review work. We may send ourselves a short email when you submit something for approval.
Why we use it
- To let you sign in and download free designs.
- To show you what you've downloaded on your profile.
- To understand which designs are useful, using download totals.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, such as automated mass downloading.
Who processes it
We use Supabase to store accounts, profiles, design files and download records, Google for sign-in, and hosting and network providers to serve the website. If we turn on approval emails for Weavers, an email service sends them. They process data only to provide these services to us.
How long we keep it
- Download records: 90 days.
- Your profile: until you delete your account.
- Weaver activity records: while we work together and afterwards as part of our records of who made what.
Your choices and rights
- Change your display name, or delete your account, on your zeroloomlabs.com profile. Deleting it removes your account and your download records.
- Sign out of this site at any time from your profile page here.
- Ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing zeroloomlabsupport@gmail.com.
- Remove our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings, under “Third-party apps and services”.
Children
Sign-in is intended for people aged 18 and over, or younger people with the consent of a parent or guardian where the law requires it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
